Hill Country Outdoor Power is a local, family-owned outdoor power equipment dealership established in Austin, Texas in 1990. Launched in 2005, PartsTree.com is our online division that specializes in selling Genuine OEM repair parts across the US. Together the two businesses are dedicated to providing exceptional service and unmatched selection to customers in Central Texas and beyond. Offering repair parts for over 150 brands of equipment and having helped over 1,000,000 customers with their repairs, at PartsTree.com we really do believe we can be your preferred source for Lawn & Garden Equipment parts!
The PartsTree.com Story
We launched PartsTree.com in June of 2005 and shortly thereafter, Doug, our company President, turned on our first online advertising campaign. Very soon we had so many orders coming in that we absolutely drowned ourselves in business and had to temporarily take down the advertising while we reconsidered our approach. After months of non-stop programming by our web guy Bryan, and a complete redesign of processes by our operations wizard Nick, we were up and running again. Since then we have updated our website several times, expanded our warehouse several times, established a dedicated team of Customer Service experts specializing in outdoor power equipment parts, and become the largest genuine-only parts dealer in the US for most of the major brands, including Cub Cadet, Echo, Husqvarna, Gravely, Exmark and Toro, to name a few.
